Janet Hoffman

Hi everyone!

 

My name is Janet Hoffman and I am a Registered Nurse. This is my second year
as the school nurse for Belmont, but my first time introducing myself. I am a native to Lake City,
and prior to coming to Belmont, I was a Labor & Delivery nurse for 25 years here in Lake City at
Lake Shore Hospital. I also worked in the special care nursery, and the mother baby unit during
this time. I have several years of experience working with inpatient pediatric patients to add to
my list.
I have been married for 31 years and have 2 grown children: Jordon (Harleigh) and Savannah
(Logan), along with my fourteen year old, Brody. I have 3 beautiful grandchildren: Liam 4, Ava
3, and Hudson 2.
Fun Fact: My parents, myself, all of my children, and 2 of my grandchildren were all born at
Lake Shore Hospital here in Lake City
I love taking care of people, treating everyone the way I would want my family to be treated. I
enjoy spending time with my family, creating, reading, watching movies, and weekend trips to
Universal Studios.
I am looking forward to my second year as a school nurse, and taking care of your little (and
big) ones.
